Info : the vetenary inspection for the 2-star three-day event will take place on Friday 23rd October at 5.00 pm on the main arena.
The draft schedules as well as the total gain and the officials of the competition will be soon available.
The enrolment for the 2 competitions (except French riders) will be done through internet with secure payment, like in 2008.

Accomodation
* Riders
- Accomodation Allowance of 200 €
- Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are provided at the Competition’s Restaurant from Tuesday 20th until Sunday 25th October 2009 (meal tickets).
- Welcome Cocktail on Thursday 22nd October in the evening (Karaoké party in the VIP area)
- Riders Party on Saturday 24th October.
6 Riders Parking near the stables. o Privileged access to the CIC **.
* Grooms
- Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are provided at the Competition’s Cafeteria from Tuesday 20st until Sunday 25th October 2009.

Horses Transport
• Allowance of 300 € to the rider’s horse based abroad. (maximum 1200 € per nation)
• Allowance of 150 € to the rider’s horse based in France (maximum 600 € per nation) .
Horses Accomodation
• Horses stabled on site
• Stables closed, secured by professional security guards 24h/24h and a security system camera.
Owners of CCI **** Horses
Pass for 2 owners per horse :
• 2 free entries on the competition including official gallery, main arena
• 2 badges stables access
• 1 car admission pass to access car park
• Cocktails offered (everyday from 11 a.m to 4 p.m) in the VIP tent. P
Global Allowance
110 000 €
• 12 minimum prizes granted (1st: 32 000 €, 2nd: 23 000 €, 3rd: 14 000 €, 4th : 10 000 € – 5th : 7000 € – 6th : 6000 € -7th : 5000 € – 8th : 4000 € – 9th : 3 000€ – 10th : 2500€ – 11th : 2000€ – 12th : 1500€ – 1000€…)
• Allowance of 150 € to the riders that finishes the competition without receiving a silver prize.
• FFE Normandie 2014 Trophy : Every nation could enrole 2 teams of 3 riders participating in the 4-star event, after the first horse inspection. To win, the team have to get the less points as possible, after the two best rider points have been add. The rider who have not finished the competition will receive 1000 points. Dotation : 1st team 3000€; 2nd team 2100€; 3rd team 900€
